Sunday afternoon
3 random things (I am procrastinating)....
Hubby is on his way home from UK - he has landed and is changing planes in Chicago. I feel like I should be frantically tidying up the house...why? It's not like he doesn't know the state of the place with all the kids home - but I do feel I shoild be 'making an effort' - hence reading blogs this afternoon.
My littlest one (2 years 1 month) just jumped out of his crib at nap time. This is the first time he has done this. I could hear him singing in there which is quite normal until he drops off.....the side bar was up and the mattress has already been lowered into its lowest position. I heard the Rory-way of opening a door followed by his little footsteps running down the hall. The toddler bed is still assembled from Mac's similar antics (never had this stage with the first two).....
Bee has been asked to tidy her room including her closet. A few years ago she did 'thumb sucking therapy' (don't ask - well you can if you want) and there was a weird looking porcelein doll on display that was up for grabs in their raffle. Only if you made progress did you get a ticket to enter said raffle. The doll was maybe 3 ft high and very creepy looking - the sort of thing that takes up a lot of space and does nothing. Well in 'tidying out' her closet she has found that said freak doll has had feet amputated at the ankles,. Wasn't me. Feet now need to be found...and I will attempt to glue them together....There are worse things that could have been broken so I am not too bothered....but it almost makes the face of the doll go a bit better now she is without feet. That probably makes so little sense. But if my laptop was working (ggrrr) I would take a photo and you could see for youself.
Right, no more excuses - Dyson calls....

The munchkin is a little older than your littlest one (2 years 3 months) and I dread her getting out. Thankfully she's still rather small for her age, but we're having to start thinking of moving her into a proper bed.
Hope your hubby arrived back safely.
